First of all lets start first class the MAGICIAN. sorry if you wonder why no novice "pretty much old school huh!?" but the first class if you choose Magician is the class Magician itself :) confusing right. yeah me too!
okay now, now, now... Let me start about the magician skills and let me show you my MAGICIAN SKILLS!
MAGICIAN SUPPORT TREE
Maybe you are wondering why all level 1
Explanation: because this is a MAGICIAN to SORCERER SUPPORT build if you want to solo monster if you cant find a party you still have decent skill combo skills to kill a monster not as fast enough as SORCERER pure HITTER or hybrid but can deal decent damage to flash out monster 1 by 1 :)
If you are still a MAGICIAN trust me you can cry a lot because it is very hard because your COLD BOLT DAMAGE is about 26% of your Ice Damage or shall we say magic damage. Oh let me tell you Level 5 of this is around 38% only pretty much weak huh. so Let it stay around level 1. You can save a lot of Mana that way.
If you feel about using the full potential of the FROST DRIVER you can but you will sacrifice future skills but it is a good gamble because in PVP FROST DRIVER is a good combo skill. But hey we are talking about SUPPORT here so leave it level one since you are not using this skill as much as you are in a party.
Why Level 1 THUNDER BOLT and WIND ARMS? it is because you need them to get the advance skills or shall we say SORCERER SKILLS
oh yeah forgot to mention WATER ARMS why still level 1. Hmmm WATER ARMS is a good skill for support but still you are sacrificing a lot if you max this out. Level 1 is like 2% damage reduction and recovers 2% hp and mp... oh yeah and level 5 is 10% and 5% hp and mp recovery... 8% difference and 3% hp and mp yeah its really big if you ask me. but you will be recovered every 10 seconds. 10 seconds is like wtf! big thing. so why use this for waiting that 10 seconds of glory if you can use pots to support yourself or replenish your mana by using BLUE POT. right?
Okay now lets proceed to the advance class called SORCERER

Okay lets start the Blue Face... Called SUMMON AQUA
"its a 30 second summoning technique support that fights for you but the monster hits you because your summon cant be hit so heal like a mad man :) but still you can cast spells too to kill the monster faster... But once the summon vanish it will take long time Cool Down around 2 minutes or 120 seconds... and only stay for about 30 seconds... Lame but useful in some cases but cannot be spam... Level 1 is enough because it has the power of 26% of your M.Attack. and Level 5 is around 38% yeah lame 10% difference...

Level 1 is 2sp cost and healing power of 23%... Level 2 is 26% not much but and sp cost of 3... Level 5 is 34% and 5 sp cost not bad right? why? because your SP is very small :) ahahaha and why i want it level 5? because your passive skill EARTH ARMS if you boost it to level 5 you can have 10% more healing power and if your heal crits you have the chance to additional 30% of your M.attack as Heal :) awesome right? i Know :) but the downfall is the casting... .50 seconds casting is bad but do not worry this is just a spam skill if you are waiting for the good heal to COOL DOWN...
Next is the BLUE HEART thing also called SOUL CLEANSING... it has casting and only cleanse you from debuffs and it doesnt work at all for now... leave it level 1...
Second to the last of the ICE element is the Meditation... yeah you heard me right... Meditation is a skill that maximize your crit chance... and if only if you exceeds your ACCURACY... Level 1 is multiplying your exceeded accuracy for around 100% if your accuracy exceeds 0.001 you will have 1% right "not sure ahahaha" level 5 is multiplying by 500% only for heals... warning crit chance can not be exceed 100% :) exceeding 100% accuracy is pretty much hard so try harder if you exceed you accuracy then you will be a very valuable sorcerer...
Final skill of the Ice element is the awesome DELUGE "Awesome but quick" its a summoning Technique and only last for 10 seconds... very good for emergency use and of course the bad thing is the COOL DOWN TIME same with SUMMON AQUA... 120 seconds CD... that's why you need it level 1 only... but it can boost by 4%HP limit and 52% of your M.attack every 2 second and only last 10 seconds... ahahaha yeah 10 seconds only. Level 5 is still 10 seconds and boost 20% and 77% of your M.attack every 2 second... still 10 seconds... not worth it... so let it stay Level 1...

Soul Binding : this is a Instant Resurrection and max Hp.

Level 2 : 240 second CD
level 3 : 120 second CD "very good in DUNGEONS"
